
Food prep has honestly made everyday life feel so much simpler and less overwhelming. Having healthy food ready to go helps save time, reduce waste, and makes it easier to make better choices throughout the week. Overtime, I’ve found a few containers and kitchen essentials that I keep reaching for again and again. From glass storage containers to snack prep organizers and smoothie jars, these are the items that help keep my fridge organized and my routines feeling more intentional.
I also love using glass whenever possible because it feels cleaner, lasts longer, non toxic, and makes food prep look so much more aesthetically pleasing. There’s just something motivating about opening the fridge and seeing everything fresh, organized, and ready to go. These are some of my everyday good prep favorites that help make healthy living feel easier, more realistic, and way less stressful.

Hold Everything Glass Pizza Containers– these are great! no more awkward attempt at putting them in containers that end up squishing the pizza.
Stainless Steel Snack Pack– these are great for my boys to just grab some to go snacks for sports practice, or school lunches.
Glass Juice Shot Bottles– love theses for making my vitamin shots.
Stainless Steel Sauce Dish– great for my boys to have a quick, small snack before dinner without filling them too much.
Stainless Steel Serving Tray– love to set this out on the weekends for everyone to grab something while spending time outside or perfect on road trips! Less junk eating from gas stations.
Weck Jars– Honestly you could get away with using just weck jars for all food storage. They are amazing!
